Predicated on the idea of the mangrove, this hotel is an affordable option for families within a prestigious neighbourhood. The hotel makes as its attraction Bali's first mangrove eco-pool, based on freshwater derived from bioremediation and bio-filtering to sustain and maintain the water quality. Unlike many hotels in Bali, this one does not front the beach but is adjacent to a mangrove swamp, which was used advantageously to focus on ecotourism and education about mangrove systems as the hotel’s theme.
