CHRISTOPHER LEE LIANG NENG

Christopher, as a Design Principal, leads a team of Architects and Designers for large scale hospitality, residential and mixed-use developments in South East Asia, China, India, New Zealand and Australia. He has more than 10 years of experience in Architecture and has overseen key projects such as Bharitya City Bangalore, ILD Arete in India and Anantara Resort Desaru in Malaysia.

His rigorous approach to design and project delivery has earned Niven Road Studio an Honourable Mention under Special Categories from the 16th Singapore Institute of Architects Architectural Design Awards. In addition, the project was shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival and URA Architectural Heritage Awards in 2016.

Prior to joining the practice, Christopher has five years of working experience with Sydney practice Johnson Pilton Walker. He was part of the core team for many award-winning projects. Key commissions include No. 5 Martin Place in Sydney, which won multiple National and State Awards for Architecture, Frasers Broadway Development in Sydney and Suzhou Logistic Building in China.

Christopher has a Bachelor in Architecture with 1st Class Honours from University of New South Wales and a Diploma in Architectural Technology with merit from Singapore Polytechnic. He was also awarded the RAIA graduate Prize, Singapore Institute of Architects Medal and Singapore Board of Architects Prize.
